The tech support department is strictly responsible to handling any problems that the client or member may have with the Mardox web site or Mardox login interface. Our tech support department will not handle any problems that may occure on your computer. We do not offer a personal computer tech service. Please be advised that if you leave a message on one of our voice mail systems, there could be up to a 48 hour delay before someone calls you back. This is referring to normal business hours. We answer our phone and pick up voice mail Monday through Friday. We do not maintain office hours on Canadian and American statutory holidays. Our normal office hours are 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
