Phone Numbers
We are sorry to have to let you know that there are no longer any incoming phone number for support at Mardox.com. The decision, not made lightly, to not offer an incoming call center is one that was done due to efficiency and cost reasons. Mardox has found email to be much more efficient. That's not to say phone conversations aren't sometimes good. The decision was made to not charge customers for something the vast majority aren't using. For those who want an occasional callback to their support issues, a limited number of monthly callbacks can be added to their accounts.
